1) Return the federal government's operations to be within the definition of the Constitution for the United States of America. This will severely reduce the federal budget. It will also severely increase state budgets, however, there will be additional funds at the state level to deal with the same issues because the federal government will not longer be grifting funds off the top before passing them on. 2) Enact legislation requiring Attorneys General and District Attorneys to prosecute a minimum number of cases passed to them by law enforcement. 3) Finish the wall and close the border.
